Reiki Trainings and Mentoring

Reiki training is available for level 1, 2 and 3 (Master/Teacher level).

This is for those that feel called to develop their intuitive gifts, assist others in their healing journey and would like to explore self healing at a deeper level.

one on one mentoring is also available for Reiki practitioners looking for more guidance in their practice.

Breakthrough Session

This is a detailed and thorough, intensive personal growth session to help you identify and release your blocks, limiting beliefs and triggers in a specific area of life that you would like to expand, grow or create more success in. This can be in any area of life. This session requires a consult to determine if you're ready to take this step in life and if I am the right fit to assist in this.

REIKI / Energy Work

Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses life force energy to help bring about healing and balance back to the physical and energetic body of the client. This is a relaxing treatment and helps to reduce stress, release emotional trauma, remove blockages in the chakra system and help regulate the central nervous system. It is even more healing in combination with massage.

Crystal Therapy & Sound Healing

Crystals carry a vibration and frequency that assists in bringing the chakra system back into balance. This in conjunction with sound healing can take your treatment to the next level.
